The Oak for the stand is locally grown and milled, quartered when sawn it features through mortise and tenon construction with Walnut wedges. The cabinet sides are held together with dowels while the drawers are through dovetails. The hardware is cast Bronze, giving the piece an Asian inspired feel. The body is all Birs Eye Maple, also local here in Cape Breton.

Work looks cool but pics need help! They don’t do your work justice.

modest name for such a piece would love it, or similar in my kitchen. Love the asian influence and joinery.

The black and white photos are cool, but I’d love to see color photos so we can see the contrast of the bronze work!
