This is the last of a trio of boxes. this one is walnut, purpleheart maple and a cedar bottom. I used a right angle grinder with a 60 grit flap disc on it. Then lots and lots of sanding.

Here is all three together.

a great variation in styles

Amazing! how did you acomplish that look? it almost looks “crumpled” for lack of a better word….....better yet, how did you come up with that idea!
