Smaller Credit Card pen I made for my Sister in law. She liked it. Also made a pencil with rosewood and another with purple heart. If I get pics I will post them. Still need to work on my finish technique.

Nice little pen! Pen turning is addictive and you’ll get better with all of it real fast. What finish did you use on this one? I usually use shella-wax or just a bit of hard wax. I tried the CA but it’s expensive and messy. Just don’t really need it I don’t think.

I sanded to 4000 using a polishing compound. Seemed to come out ok. Putting CA on the acrylic IMO is not necessary. Used some carnuba wax on the last step to shine it up…..

Nah, acrylic doesn’t need anything. CA is okay on wood but you have to pick the right one, which is the thinnest (runny as water) otherwise it’s messy and cloggy. A spray accelerator helps a lot to build up several layers!
Nice lil’ pen, beware of the addiction! ;)

I agree with Sodabowski. Don’t need CA glue.
