My First Box

Hello

This is my first box. I made a jig to cut some box joints and had some leftover mahogany from my shoe bench so I thought I would give it a shot… The three dots on the top are maple. The finish is BLO. This was a fun little project and I look forward to making some more!

This is how gets started , you make one and you are hooked.
Very nice box ,you did a wonderful job and I like the three dot detail.

For any number, this One is First Rate, Beautiful Wood with fine Craftsmanship and elagance, The dots really set the piece apart, Thanks for sharing

Thanks for the nice comments, I am a little disappointed with the hole for the pull. it was originally going to be a stopped hole and the moment I started drilling I realized the bit left a small pilot hole, crap!
