This cheese board is about 13” in diameter. The knife handles are around 5” long. All are turned from the same piece of spalted silver maple (Acer saccharinum). This one is bound to be a Christmas gift for someone (my wife has a long list of names and is in charge of matching workshop products to each one).

Comments and critiques welcomed.

Beautiful piece of Maple and a perfect use for it. Those handles look to be very user friendly and comfortable.
Nice finish : )

This looks very nice as a set. Beautiful wood to use, too.

I hate to be the killjoy here, but it was my understanding that spalted <anything> should be avoided for food surfaces?

Have your say...
