HA HA HA I totally made that too!! that’s awesome! i haven’t finished mine yet though. i used scraps of oak for the body and purpleheart for the legs.

I made several of these at Christmas and that turned into 4 more commisions that I sold. For my own sanity and to keep with existing wood stores, I made a few by the WS plan with Maple and Cocobolo, but then made Mahogany and Wenge, and finally, a Quilted Maple and Kingwood piece that I have kept for myself. You can actually see an accidental shot of it in one of my other posted projects. I still have to finish it. Probably will use lacquer again.
