This idea is based on some of the work from Degoose as welll as Porosky. Bloodwood and birch make a nice color combination. Also included some pics of other various items.

Nice designs.
I especially like the puzzle board.
Great work.

Were the boards in pics 1&2 cut using the stack and cut method on the bandsaw or scrollsaw?

They were done on a CNC router, finally got one earlier this year and what a nice addition to the shop. If you like I could make you some parts. The QS oak was my favorite and sold right off the bat at my last show.

Wow. I wish I had a cnc. Did you build your cnc?
I will keep you in mind if I need some parts cut out. Thanks for the offer.
I agree the oak one is awesome, a pattern I had never seen and with very tight joints.
Thanks for posting.
Scott

I actually found my shopbot on Craigslist here in Tampa, have several freinds who have them and always wanted one. Never thought I could afford one but the price I paid for mine made it very doable. Its and older model but I can do some upgrades and it really does a good job. Mine is 48×96 so I can do full sheets. Some of the smaller machines are pretty cool.

All your pieces are wonderful. With a machine like the Shopbot you will be creating alot of new designs. I am envious.
