So, it appears I am a sign maker (at least for the moment) After posting my other sign, I got a few requests to do similar work. For project #2 I have made a sign for my Mom’s pizza place (if you are near St. Mary’s Ohio, you should stop in, they make an excellent pizza among other things!)
This one is done the same as the other one, free hand routing, and also on pine. I normally would never paint an entire piece, but since this one was a request, an exception had to be made. The colors are the ones used by the local HS football team.
I am a horrible painter, and this one took me some time to get right. There are still some imperfections on it, but if I don’t stop somewhere I wont get to build anything else….
It’s not much, but at least it’s woodworking, and even better, it was by request! It’s nice to feel needed ;)
Thanks for checking it out!

Keep up that Chip Carving. That’s money in the bank!
