Made from red oak and has served for 12 years already(I changed the years from 10 to 12 after checking my math); has lived through three moves; would have made changes if I made it now like recess the hinges. No screws used (except for the hinges and to mount it to the wall), just various joints and glue.

That is ten years old? It looks like it just came out of the shop.

Great looking medicine cabinet.

This is a nice looking cabinet. Obviously it has held up well.

Nice oak cabinet Frank. It has served the test of time well.

Good looking cabinet. If you had it to do over again, would you have mortised the hinges? I have one in my upstairs bath almost identical to it – in fact it’s probably just about as old :-)) So we could have been building them at about the same time.

Good job. I like the mitered corners on the doors. I’d have probably done rails and stiles.

Ten years and three moves, says a lot about the craftsmanship.
