Nice bench. I’m thinking about making one for my wife. Is it inclined or flat? What are the dimensions?
Really good work!

Beautiful bench. I love how you accentuated those through tenons. Great job on the carving as well!

Kari,

I recongnized that carving from your blog and thought someone was copying your work for a second. Then I looked at the project and it was you. I love your blog and it’s cool to see your projects on here as well. I really liked this project when you blogged it.

Nice! Beautiful bench, simple and elegant with the grace of a woman’s touch. Love the blog too! “I love woodworking and nothing else . . . . and ice cream!” A sense of humor goes a long way in the shop. keep charging.

Clean and simple with great attention to detail and sweet carving.

I like it a lot.

Love it !

I’m getting too old and busted to get down on my zafu any more. May have to add this to the infinite To-Do list.

Thanks for sharing :-)

That’s a beautiful “time-out” bench. But “Meditation” sounds better. It’s nice to see a project with depth and reason. Great post.
