Rosewood box

This box is made in maybe what could be called Art Deco style and is made from Rosewood. This particular piece of Rosewood had some exceptional colourations that almost look like water stains. A beautiful wood to work with.
The trays are made from Pacific Tallowood. The box measures 220mm x 120 mm x 70mm high.

That is really cool, I’m just running out of adjectives at this site! Must have been some delicate work on those trays, what with the splines and all. Great job.
