The manual for the new washing machine said don’t put anything on top of it, so I built a set of shelves around it. Nice thing is that you can lay detergent on it’s side and dispense directly into the dispenser drawer. Piine frame joined with biscuit joints, plywood shelves set in dadoes. White enamel paint and a couple of coats of clear poly.

That’s amazing! I was considering building a washing machine out of wood, but I didn’t think it was possible! You, sir, are a MASTER! (Where did you buy the glass?)

It’s not glass, it too is wood, flecked and polished. Are we allowed humor in here?

In that case did you white wash or bleach the wood?
