Twin cypress bookcases

Matching cypress bookcases will be installed on top of a brick hearth on either side of a fireplace. Hopefully will be able to get a pic up shortly after they are stained and installed. Cypress and cypress plywood with bead board for the back. I used a beaded molding around the side panels and the inside of the face frame.

Nice design and work. I have a family member looking for me to make her two book shelves. I think I’ll keep these in mind. Look forward to the finished pics.

Great lines, love the panelled sides and the use of beadboard. Thanks for posting, it’s a FAVE to copy someday!
