As I was gluing this together this afternoon, a neighbor came to visit and bought it before it was even finished. I’m gonna miss those neighbors when they leave.

Nice looking project! What wood did you use for the scarf?

The scarf is actually painted, but it is cedar underneath the paint. Had to paint the pine in the main body, too. Not much variety in the woods around here, and the pine doesn’t take stain very well at all. (To much resin, or something.)

It most likely your first work in this style, and she isn’t bad. And if to make radiuses more – that it becomes even better. Look at my works as the help. Successes

Woods_F, It’s actually my second project, but the first with any kind of challenge to it. I’ve looked at your gallery and I see what you mean. Just getting ready to start a different teddy bear pattern and I’ll try to implement your suggestion in this one. Thank you.
