Claro Walnut Root Burl Bowl.

Got this piece of wood from a friend. I thank him very much for letting me turn such a spectacular chunk of wood. I just love all the grain and curl and colors in claro walnut. It is my favorite wood.

9 inch diam. X 2 1/2 inch tall. Turned to 1/8 inch thick from rim to base.

Finished with Food safe wax.

Please leave all comments and suggestions. I am all ways trying to improve and your comments help.

Thanks for looking.

Very nice, however you didn’t sign the bowl. If you don’t someone else make take credit for it.
