I finally got around to building the second piece of our bedroom suite! I think I am going to move onto the bed next, hopefully anyway!

Nice grain in those drawer fronts. Is it Oak?

Thanks for the praise everybody! It is made of oak, the top and drawer fronts are solid, I used plywood panels for the sides. This was the second piece to my bedroom suite. As I have heard other’s embarassing stories, I shall add mine! After matching the stain from my previously made dresser, I somehow still grabbed the wrong can! So now I have two pieces without matching stains :(. Fortunately, I prefer this stain to the other one, so I will continue on with the bed and night-stands the same. Then one day I will build a a new dresser with this stain, as you can tell, I don’t care for refinishing!!!
