OK, I had never heard of the Bean Bag toss game (or its other name) much less never seen one prior to moving to Madison, WI in 2007.
Now I have made two sets for family members, each with sports teams supported.
Yep, I made up the paint schemes after researching the game rules and basic design features from On-line resources.
Over-engineered these on the structural side so that they will last forever or can be danced on by the victors, if they don’t slip off the slick surfaces.
Am now thinking of a design for the winter project list which will be more challenging and more attractive to the woodworking genre. If I pull it off, I will post it.
Though I am from Dallas, I have been a Packer fan since we moved here (When in Rome) and some day may make a Packer set.
Again, this is Ned in the Third Reader type woodworking, but everything I have made, and am likely to make in the future, will be my so-called “heirloom pieces” for family, all made with love poured into them.
Yes, we do ride the scooter around the unfinished basement to admire the woodshop and contemplate our next project.
