Received some pine boards from a relative that was once used in their house as shelving in their closet after cleaning and planing i decided to make a series of boxes here is one of those boxes i left all the character intact and i think it looks great, thank you for looking.

Nice use of reclaimed wood. I am always looking for unique ssorces of reclaimed wood, and most of the time the price is just right.

There’s something about pine, that simple lovely wood, light on it’s feet, soft to touch and with character in its branch markings that you have captured well in this piece. A simple scoop and simple mitres with no distracting keys round it all out. A fine effort that I would love to have made myself.

Excellent. I am also a fan of pine that some others might save for the stove. Knots, worm holes etc add character. Keep up the good work.

this is great. I really like how the lid is a single square that sits in a notch on the box. seems like it would be very enjoyable to open. great work
