Well … finally got the pics up… here be the first half of the dozen boards made this last few days…
1. Queensland Maple with Purple Heart, Silver Ash and European Walnut… 240 mm diameter…[just under 10 inches]
2. Several timbers….New Guinea Rosewood, Tasmanian Blackwood, Huon Pine and Purple Heart.. Oval is 260 mm long [just over 10 inches]
3. Purple Heart and European Wild Cherry…. Oval is 275 mm long..[11 inches]
4. New Guinea Rosewood, Purple Heart with Silver Ash accents….300 mm by 250 mm [12 by 10 inches]
5. New Guinea Rosewood with Purple Heart and Silver Ash accents….300 mm by 300 mm [12 by 12 inches]
And the last pic is a tight weave of Purple Heart and Silver Ash only about 200 mm square [8 inches] well kind of square…

I intend to post the second half later, and in another group of 6…. so as not to hog the front page of projects…
I did it once and was soundly chastised by all you good folks… or as Arlin would say y’all
Thanks for looking and thanks in advance for any comments…

They’re all so attractive that I can not imagine using a knife to cut something on them, Chupping?...NO WAY.
I would have them just to look at like any wall hangings.
