The minister at my church asked me to create this project for a series of alternative services. The cross and stand are made out of oak and finished with a coat of honey pine poly-shade, to match the existing woodwork in the church. The cross sides are cut at a 7 degree angle, I also added a sink drain to the bottom and made the stand to accommodate a bucket to aid in removal of the sand after the service. I got quite a few complements from the congregation, and clergy.

Good looking Cross – very creative design and execution. You should receive many more compliments on this one.
