Just finished a couple of cutting boards. The smaller of the two made of cherry and maple is just the standard pattern from the Wood Whisperer measuring 12.75 X 11.5” and is a little over 1.25” thick. The second is one I made from my own pattern. I haven’t seen anyone else try it and wanted to come up with something a little different. I am happy with the way it turned out. It’s made of Cherry and Walnut and measures about 15” square and 1.25 thick.

Wonderful job on creating a new pattern and keeping it aligned. Once you start making them it is hard to stop.

I like the Walnut and Cherry board right now, however , with time and uv exposure , they will end up almost the same color. Ask me how I know ! LOL
