I have WAY too many movies and they were overflowing the cheap storage rack we bought years ago. They stretched almost to the ceiling! So I designed a set of shelves to hold them all and have some room for expansion.

I made the shelves our of hickory as I had some in the rack. I made the shelves 1/2” thick and kept the back open to help keep the weight down. It is finished with 3 coats of wipe-on polyurethane. I posted a SketchUp model in the 3D Warehouse.
