small desk

I made this little desk out of canary wood and walnut. I used mortis and tenon joinery…..and also handcut dovetails. The finish is one coat bush oil and 3 coats of satin poly. This was my first project with a drawer. As always it was a lot of fun learning what I will do differently next time. Thanx for lookin

Nice man. I really like that wood. That’s gorgeous. And the dovetails are nice, simple, and well done. I like it very much! It might inspire me to build one like it.
