I am bummed out that I lost the other pictures of these boxes. A group of us guys from a small group at out church built 6 of these in about 3 hours from start to finish and donated them to a battered women’s shelter. After the women leave the shelter they can take them along to there new home for a new start. They are made out of red oak and African paduke on the ends. Nothing fancy but I am sure they were well received. Through this we all were blessed…our wives also organized a donation drive that brought in over 3 carloads of donated clothes, toiletries, personal care items,blankets…etc…..

Great cause and gives me an idea for what to do with some natural edge mesquite scrap wood.
