A co-worker asked me to build a cutting board for her home to replace the junky old pine cutting board that slides out from under the counter. I was happy to oblige with the thought that I’m adding something to a 100 year old home in San Francisco. Plus, she paid me!

It’s walnut and maple. She wants to paint the handle but I kind of hope she doesn’t.

Nice work! I like the pattern… I am sure there is a technical name for it, but to me it just looks nice!

Actually this design was named Smart Zebra by sam20650 some time ago.
