Made this clock for my cousin. He had some cherry lumber in his barn he had milled several years ago and gave it to me. Finished with natural danish oil. Hope he likes it. Jerry

Thanks Ole and CJ. Ole, I used a battery powered quartz movement for ease of maintenance,durability and cost.
The cheapest mechanical movement I could find was about $120 and had a life of 5 to 8 years with yearly maintenance. Jerry

Nice looking clock : ) Big fan of Shaker pieces .
Did you ever drill a “hang hole” in the spine board , or how is it hung on the wall otherwise ?
