Hello folks

here is a spalted beech form with a carved neck detail
6” wide by 6.5” tall
finished with woodoc 10

-- it can't rain all the time!!

Overwhelmed with the grain pattern and then went to the second photo …wonderful carving detail as well !! : )

-- When did quiet and quite become the same word ? I'm guessing about the same time as your and you're did.

Gorgeous turning. I love spalted wood but I’m allergic to the spores. Found it out after turning a lot of spalted wood.
