Here is a little bear I made for the wife. She has a bigger bear that looks just like it. It is made of cherry, maple, Blood wood, and oak. I had a great time toning my skills on this one. I did a lot more shaping on it then my other two pieces. I am enjoying this type of cutting more and more. Thank you and enjoy.

did you make this from a pattern or wing it?

I’d be in my wife’s good book if I could make this…. it’s AWESOME!

Your shaping is great, I think that is what really makes a craft piece into an art work. I love your wood choices. Your wife and mine are on the same wave length, I’m working on a bear for her right now. Again GREAT job, keep it up.
