My wife wanted a corner stool for the shower that she could put a foot on to shave her legs. Checked for what is available and decided that I could make one for a third of the cost. All teak except the front apron pieces that are mahogany (ran out of teak). No hardware used – mortise and tenon for all but joining the top to the legs where I used dowels. A couple of coats of teak oil and it was ready for use! Size is 18-inches high and 14-inches on the top sides.

well done i like the sun burst style of it. Also a real nice job on the M&T’s on an angle like that. 3 wife points for Jim.

Beautiful work sir. I would love to make some of these for my hospice patients. Sometimes a shower is better than any drug.
