Dance, carved from western red cedar stands 6 feet, finished with hand rub poly, hand hammered copper by Judith Altruda. My friend and have been wanting to work on a piece together for awhile incorporating both kinds of work this was are first attempt. We had a lot of fun and have a couple more in the works.

Looks stunning! Out of curiosity, how long do you spend on something like that?

I’m always eager to have a look when you post a new project, really enjoy seeing your creations. This one is no let down, love the copper combination, nice idea and very well executed by your accomplice.
Thanks for another dose of inspiration.

Unique and fun! I like the detail of the copper. I’m partial to the imbedded spheres and wouldn’t mind seeing one in this piece.

Keep up the great work!
