Looks great. I love Oak. I’m planning on using a mac mini as my entertainment center. I use a powerbook now. Will use it to download stuff. music, movies, netflix. etc. Are you using any front end software like boxee? Love your setup.

I have an EyeTV hybrid ATT attached to it, with my cable box feeding it. I use an Infrared device to control the cable box, and record all my shows that I can after I go to bed, and that is a lot of video. EyeTV exports it to iTunes automatically. It take a little setup, but not bad. I use an Apple TV to watch everything through, interface is much easier to control it all, and it supports Netflix out of the box. The only thing is that you manually have to go into iTunes in order to delete anything. I use handbrake to rip DVD to the hard drive. You need big external drives to hold all the video, and music, and photos. One to hold it and another to back it up to time machine handles that easily. I would buy a EyeTV dongle that supports recording HD. Mine doesn’t because I bought it a few years ago.
All my video stuff is hooked to an UPS for when power goes out.

I have programmed my audio controller to handle all the video devices, so I have only 1 remote to deal with.
