first pocket watches that I made. The last two pictures are of a pocket watch I made my Dad for fathers day in 2011with a 1942 walking Liberty half dollar in it. The 1942 was the year he was born.

Very nice work, I have a small pocket watch collection and something like this would be welcomed ! The dated coin is a nice touch as well. Where do You fine Your time pieces and hardware if You don’t mind me asking ?

I would love to see my grand fathers face if he could see one of these. He was an old time watchmaker rather than watch repairman, although he did repair a lot of watches.
He left me his bench and several old pocket watches. I have a 1943 walking liberty half dollar, hint hint. lol I love to see new ideas come along like yours. Keep it up.
