This is my first finished bowl. Although it stands only about 2 ” tall I think it turned out good. I made it on my scroll saw with cherry wood and finished it with mineral oil.

Nice looking bowl. I have made many dozens of the scrolled bowls….wait until you start making the square corner bowls…they are really fun to make.

That is beautiful! My scrollsaw probably couldn’t handle cherry bowls. Even small, I know it had to take a while to cut each angled ring from cherry. That is a nice little hunk of work!
