Found these plans in one of my old magazines. Had built one in the past but now that I’m expanding and redoing the shop, I needed another one. There are four shelves that are 2’ by 8’. You can store a lot of lumber or other shop items on them and be able to move them around pretty well. The final picture shows handles on the end which was not part of the plan, but really needed to be able to stear and move one that is full. I put four handles on it so you can move it from either end with both hands. Make sure you buy quality wheels. They cost more but work better and last longer.

Actually just built this unit Friday. Not much to it. 2X4 and strand board and some wheels. The other one you see was built earlier this year but I never posted it. Guess you just need to retire so you will have more time to do things. Id be happy to set your schedule for you if it would include doing some of my projects lol.
After you retire you have to keep moving so no one will bury you.

helluvawreck , I’m sure that it will. I was embarrased to post the pics like that because the place looks a mess, but I am in the middle of a workshop do over and a lot of important things were put on it and rolled to the other section so we could work on the windows being replaced. When this is done I’m sure it will look far more organized and will post some pics and add to my blog about it.
