My newest band saw box. I really liked the grain pattern for the drawers and front. The wood is ash. I made a hidden drawer on this one. I wanted to sell this one to buy a chuck for my lathe but my wife wants it.

I like this, it is so organic looking and the grain of the ash is really nice. Almost looks like it grew as a box.

Hi
Nice work. Better make another bandsawn box to finance your lathe chuck purchase!

Nice work deeman. I really like the shape, the grain is great. I haven’t built a bandsaw box for a while. It looks like I’m going to do another one.

I really like the bandsaw box and the secret drawer. I made a single drawer box before but nothing like this. Good job !!!

Excellent design and execution.
Did your cut the top of the bottom right drawer and all of the top right drawer first – remove block from bandsaw – introduce the blade into the first cut again, but ‘backwards’, so as to be able to cut the bottom of the bottom right drawer after sliding some way along the existing slot? I guess you could then reverse back up the slot to cut the other drawers – all from one entry point. Clever!
Perhaps the ‘backwards’ bit is standard practice, but I don’t think it occurred to me before seeing your box – I must remember the technique. Thanks for posting.
