My wife recently had a baby, and prior to that, i was tasked with getting the room ready for her. The first order of business was giving the closet more usable space for all the inevitable mountains of clothing we’d be getting.

The first picture is the finished project. Second is the before picture, and third is before the paint made it look good.

I used 3/4 melamine, with the Rockler shelving jig for adjustable shelves.

Now my wife has issued the decree that all closets shall be treated in the same manner.

Good and satisfying work no doubt. It’ll fill up quickly and then you’ll be pondering furniture for the child. So much to look forward to.
