It is from Wood magazine Issue 66. They do have back copies still on there site if you don’t have it, here is the link

If you do get the plans and make it there are a few corrections to the plans that you can get from there web site. If you have any question just ask.

If anyone is going to make these be sure and make templates for the parts. After people see it you will be making more of them. I have made three so far.

Here are the corrections that Wood has made to the plan, make sure and change them when you get the back issue.
Page
36 Teddy Bear Chair Step 2: 3/4”-thick cherry to 1 5/8”x18 1/4”
37 Teddy Bear Chair Exploded View: Part E, 6 1/4” from top of leg to seat top
37 Teddy Bear Chair Backrest: Part B, 11 3/4” should be 11 1/8”; 8 1/4” should be 7 1/8”
40 Teddy Bear Chair Final Assembly: Top (A) 11 3/8” should be 10 1/4” to top of armrest
41 Teddy Bear Chair Full-sized front leg patterns: 5 1/2” should be 6 5/8”
