This bed was made for a friend of the family.
It was built with milled construction 2×10’s and 2×12’s, with a strip of white oak inserted before the last 2x. It was a little more knotty than my vision, but what can you expect from construction lumber.
Also, made a couple of nights stands out of 2×12’s.
Simple construction, used a Dowelmax for headboard and footboard. Used a combination of Dowelmax and Miller Dowels for night stands.
I used scrap 2×12 for center supports.
Also, working on a couple of night stand lamps with leftover scrap wood. But that is another project.
Constructive feedback is always welcome. How else would we ever learn.
