This lamp was made to compliment the table lamps I’ve made in the past. It’s 50” tall. The base is 12”sq, and the shade is 20”sq. All faces show QSWO. Another job where the Wixey angle gauge for set up and Sketch Up for layout saved alot of time and wood in order to get all the miters to line up. the second photo shows a grouping with all the lamps having matching shades.

Gorgeous as always. I have seen these before. I suspect that I “stumbled” across your website before you joined LJs. Anyway they certainly made an impression on me then as they do now.

Thanks for sharing.

Very cool! Nice design, I guess I hadn’t ever thought to make a lamp before, and just bought a new one for the living room. Doh!

Excellent looking lamps. I’m not much for arts and crafts but I know good work when I see it.

Nice work! A lamp is on my wife list. I have a pic of an old stickly lamp that my wife wants.

-- Do it right the first time. Becuase fixing it is a wast of time.

Very nice lamps. Your attention to detail is admired.

Great job! I especially like the proportions of the bases. SketchUp is indeed awesome.
