Cool looking Box, Bright and Bold, love the contrast between these wood types, I second interest in more details, Great job on this

Yes, but not like I wanted. I wanted to route a rabbit around the top & have it set down inside the box, but I was having such a problem with the poplar chunking out, I was afraid of destroying the top, which this was the second top. I ended up just attaching with hinges, but since this was only my second attempt at finger joints, I’m fairly pleased.

Great looking box, Roger. I like the finger joints showing on all the corners, too.
