Yes the wife loved it. The longest part was cutting out the letters beforehand.
I’ve had my dremel for years, and this was the first major project I did with the router base, but not the last.

I used the little round engraving bit to do the carving (not the smallest they have I think 3/32).

If I had to do over again, I would have made it a bit larger, some of the curves on the letters were kind of tight.

Defeneitly not my last project of this type.

Well, I may have to steal your process. Since I “fixed” my wife’s computer last week I could use something for some fence-mending.
