hi friends a little round box or is it a bowl with a lid that is the question what do you think the proper name is /??
it is another piece of the spalted beech
it is 3 3/4 inch tall with out the lid by 5 1/2 wide
finish is 5 coats of tung oil sanded in between each coat the final coat of oil is thinned to 60 oil 40 white spirits

Very nice!

Some turners would call this a box, but I prefer calling it “A Bowl with a Lid”.

Box doesn’t sound right to me.
