Pen

Here is my first pen. Made it just in time for Valantines Day for the Misses. It is made of Maylasian Rose Wood. I had a few learinig experiences on the first try (see my pen blog), but thanks to LJ many friends pointed me in the right directions with blogs and a great video. I have to brag that my wife was impressed but I was afraid she would stab me in the neck when I told her that pen cost about 180.00. I told her that the good news was I would only have 90.00 between the first and second pen. (he he). There is room for improvement, but you got to start somewhere. Really enjoyed the project. It’s something that you can see the end results quickly. Will be building more in the future.
