Again this was built in MRMDF but was an unusual project as it had to fit in the corner between the window. It also had to be a large inside as possible so I made it as an odd triangular shape. The right hand side is longer than the left and had to fit in between the window and the radiator cover. This gave me a few headaches getting the angles right so the top section didn’t look out of place to the bottom. The top section was to house glassware and held three glass shelves. The door was made in Oak for the strength as it had to hold laminated glass and I wanted the frame to look light so it didn’t obscure the contents. It was finished in AC lacquer in a white to match the radiator cover. I would have liked to have had the plinth recessed but it also had to hide the electric socket for the LED light that was set into the top of the upper cabinet. Customer was very happy with it though and it got me more work too, which was a bonus.

Very nice, it appears to flow quite nicely with the lines and shape of the cabinet below.
