This is a simple outdoor end table I made out of some IPE deck scraps. Being pretty busy with other projects, I wanted to get it built quickly, so the design was simple and the construction was simple.
I ripped/planed/jointed some 1×6 IPE scraps to roughly 1×3 and used biscuits to join most of the parts.
It’s finished with General Finishes Exterior 450. This was my first time spraying a finish. I’d bought a gravity feed HVLP conversion gun about a year and a half ago but I hadn’t used it yet. I figured a small outdoor project would be a good first project to spray. I’m happy with how it turned out and how easy and quick spray finishing it was.

I admire those nice clean lines and crisp joinery. Should last and be enjoyed for a hundred years.
