I had the idea to make an artistic accent table with dicroic glass inlays. I used a nice bird’s eye maple top, dovetailed drawer and delicate tapered legs. I stained it with yellow dye and finished it with 3 coats of satin lacquer.

Cool, bright table. I really like the dicroic glass inlay. Any chance of you explaining the methodology there? Is it glass “pebbles” set with epoxy?
