My fifth wheel needed a little more space for food prep and dish washing. This shelf consisted of walnut and oak. Two coats of Watco butcher block oil and 12 inch spring loaded folding shelf brackets from Woodcraft.

Looks great, but now you know… mama is gonna want a new slide out! or maybe new ceramic floors or she might like those granite counter tops everyone is hollering about.

Wow, this is a really nice build. You mated it to the counter very well. There were ample opportunities to screw that up and you didn’t fall for any of them. Nice job!

really nice extention for more space, and using those folding hinges are ideal.

Ya Bertha, the screw up factor is a little cloud that floats over my head during all projects. The wood stove in my shop tells no tales…........
