A crosscut sled that can handle 2’x 8’ material single handed without any other support, adjustable for dado cuts and easily dismantled for multi-purpose use and storage. It’s made with pieces from my old R.T.M. Crosscut Sled. The design is based on the “Plans Now Precision Crosscut Sled” http://www.plansnow.com. It is quite light and strong and made with multilayer ½” plywood from Home Depot. It has four main parts; the main crosscut sled and three extensions. I normally use the small extension on the left for most of my work. This allows me to quickly store and retrieve it from under my table saw. Hope this can help LJ’s that have a small shop and a need for a big crosscut sled. Thanks for watching.

Brilliant design Paul. I’m going to have to steal some of your ideas!

That thing’s awesome. I’d have never thought to split it to accept a dado stack. I like the holddown and track. I might need to pimp my own sled now.
