One of my latest designs.
I normally do not use a spiral blade, but on this project I pulled them out. Every now and then I need to be reminded on how much I don’t like those things. The pattern was designed from a picture using Corel Draw, my favorite designing program. Lots of my designs have very small, intricate cuts but this one was a little easier. I used 1/4 inch ply that Rockler had on sale a few weeks ago. The wood cut smooth but had too many unnecessary voids for my type of cutting.

Very nice.
I’m sorry you dislike spirals so much. I cut a lot of portraits and use more spirals than anything else. I cut a lot of portraits though that would be impossible on my sixteen inch saw without spirals.
