Well, you did a real good job on it, but I kinda agree with your wife. :-)

I agree with the first part of Gary’s statement that you did a nice job but, as far as putting too much effort into it, no way. With a first class saw like this you need to go upscale on the accessories that accompany the saw as well. Just ask your wife why she has to have shoes to match her purse. Enough said.

Nice – and even nicer saw. A word to the wise, don’t listen to Scott – NEVER, NEVER question your wife about her shoes and purses, at least when trying to justify woodworking tools. You never cross that threshold :-))

A feeler gage is a very accurate way of assuring that your are parellel. You will have this for ever. Never Never do anything less than you best. It will always show in the end.
The next time you rip a board it will be perfect!
By the way my wife also has a shoe and purses thing. Please don’t tell her I said anything.

I have not made adjustments yet. but in doing this I found out it is 10 thought concaved in center(started at 0 when back to 90 and back ) and my wife does not care about shoe or purses. Simple girl thats why i married here.
